料理を出すペースも配分良く、個室なので落ち着けました。ただし頼んだコースの品数は少なく控えめの印象
本場四川の味を継承しつつ、20種類以上の漢方を独自の配合でブレンドした完全オリジナルの火鍋。流石でした。
