祖母祖父から始まった銀座鳥繁、最初は屋台から夫婦二人での創業。
焼き鳥屋としては二番目に古いと祖母から聞いています。 銀座に産声をあげたのが昭和６年（１９３１年）今年平成２７年で８６歳になります。 深い家族の絆で昭和の激戦時代を戦い、今現在の場所に店を構える事が出来たのが昭和３３年、今のビルになったのが昭和４３年、こんなに大きな焼き鳥屋を作って満席にならずに失敗したらどうするんだ！との心配もよそにここまでやってきました。 まだ製作中！店に降りなきゃ！！
