銀座西五番街通りにある
土佐料理の名店。
古民家風の建物に年代を感じる佇まい。
冬は鍋が食べたい。
フグも良いがやっぱりクエ鍋が好き
土佐料理のコースになるが
酒盗がお通しで出てきて
鰹の叩きがお出まし。
鰹を食べると土佐を感じる。
肝心の鍋は
厚切りのクエがお皿で出てきた時点で
早く食べたい。
澄んだ出汁に野菜とクエを入れていく。
野菜を先に入れて
中々クエを入れてくれない……。
早く食べたいのに
火のとおりが早いので
クエを入れてから
1分もせずに食す。
美味い( ﾟдﾟ)ﾝﾏｯ!
あっさりとしながら
白身特有の脂とコラーゲンを感じる。
ポン酢にもみじおろしを入れて
更に美味しい(*´～｀*)ŧ‹"ŧ‹"ŧ‹"
今年もご馳走様。
年に一度は食べたい鍋です。
銀座の店の割にコスパはかなり良いかと思います
