長年通っているこちらのお店、久しぶりにランチで伺いました。
以前はメイン（麺類または御飯類）に点心とデザートがついて2,000円以下で組まれていたセットメニューは無くなっていてメインを2種選べるプリフィクスランチ（2,000円〜）に代わっていました。
点心三つ
野菜のスープ
海老のオリーブ炒め
黒酢の酢豚・マンゴーソース
ほうれん草のチャーハン（＋400円）
杏仁豆腐
手作りの点心はどれも美味しく
透明のスープは見た目にインパクトは無いものの、しっかり旨味が出ている。こういう地味なメニューにシェフの実力が出るのかもしれない。
海鮮の塩味にでオリーブオイルの風味が効いた一品。主役のエビは小さくそのほかの具材も少ない。器が立派なだけに貧相に見えてしまい残念。
酢豚はお箸でホロリとほぐれる位柔らかい。
マンゴーソースとの相性も良かった。
この店のスペシャリティ、ほうれん草チャーハン。
パラパラと仕上がっていて、変わらぬ美味しさだった。
写真を撮り忘れました杏仁豆腐
以前に比べると、ボリュームはずいぶん少なくなってしまいましたね。
昨今の物価高騰は理解していますが、以前のようなワクワク感がなくなって寂しくなりました。とは言え、お味は変わらずおいしかったです。
