The store is located on Suzuran Street, near the Ginza 4-chome intersection. It was extremely delicious when I had it at a social gathering, so I went back for lunch on the weekend. Today, I ordered the "3 types of handmade Dim sum and prix fixe lunch set" (2,000 yen). 3 types of Dim sum, soup, and 2 out of 3 main dishes to choose from: ``Stir-fried shrimp with olives,'' ``Sweet and sour pork in black vinegar with mango sauce,'' and ``Beef mapo tofu.'' Choose sweet and sour pork. I was told that I could change the white rice to the famous spinach fried rice for an additional 400 yen, so I ordered it without hesitation. First, the homemade Dim sum. All three types are plump, piping hot, and delicious. Then, the desired ``shrimp'', ``sweet and sour pork with black vinegar'', and ``spinach fried rice'' appeared. In particular, the ``Black Vinegar Sweet and Sour Pork'' is a huge chunk of sweet and sour pork topped with a sauce reminiscent of French cuisine, which is a mixture of the sweetness of mango, the sourness of black vinegar, and the spiciness of Western mustard. It is delicious with an indescribably unique rich and addictive taste. The famous "Spinach fried rice" is also different from other restaurants because the rice is fluffy and the flavor of spinach is elegant. Now your bill is 2,400 yen. Despite being in a prime location in Ginza, I was very satisfied that I was able to enjoy lunch in a reasonable and calm atmosphere.
