家族でご飯。3人で10万いかないくらい
1年半前くらいにきたが色々変わっていた。
前は駐車場側の違うエレベーターに乗ったのかもだが、ボタンがcocoマークじゃない…？
ここでちょっとテンションが下がる。
25000円のシェフおすすめコースを選択。
パンはブリオッシュとバケットで大変おいしい。
アミューズもアイスでサッパリしていたが、
前菜2品も驚くほどおいしかった。とにかくイカがプリっとしていて美味しい。
オマール海老もぷりぷりでニョッキもモッチリしていた。前菜2品だけで25000円のコースの意味があった。
また牛がおいしく、部位が違う部分が2つあり印象的だった。オーソドックスだけど牛の旨味が存分にある味付けで好きすぎた。
ただデザートがワゴンじゃない…
前に来たときデザートワゴンの演出が素晴らしくておかわりさせてもらった記憶がある。
スタッフの方に伺ったところちょっと前にパティシエが変わったそう…以前の方は系列のイギリス店で働いているらしい。
そしてカメリアも以前と形状が違い、すごく私のなかでショックだった…
味はおいしいのだが、演出含めインパクトだったのに日本っぽい食材とかがデザートにも使われていて、
ここで食べるのはこう、フレンチのガチガチの王道のデザートだし演出なんだよ…と思ってしまった
ちょっと改悪な印象。
またトイレも前と変わったようで狭くなっており、前あった香水とかもなくなっていて少しショックだった…
フレンチ全体でみたらさして単価高くない良心的な値段ではあるものの、演出含め特別さが好きだったのにと非常に残念な気持ち。味や素材の良さはとにかくよかっただけに残念。
