こちらのウリのまぐろ胡麻だれ重1100円とミニ豚汁400円を注文してカウンターに着席
まぐろ胡麻だれ重
まぐろ自体がなんとも残念、チープな赤身の薄切りに甘めの胡麻だれがかかっただけの味
まぐろ自体がチープならば重として食感にアクセントが欲しいところですが、そんな仕事もなく付け合せのガリ昆布と一緒に食べると味変を楽しめるとありましたが、試すと何食べているのか全然わからなくなりました（笑）
豚汁
え〜っと、この豚汁はどこがウリなんでしょう？
お家で食べる豚汁と全く遜色ない味わいのそれがここにありました
あとシュミレーションを１から見直すべき
大袈裟ではなく１巡目に入ったお客様のオーダーの半分はミスオーダーというお粗末さ
再訪はない感じです
