銀座の洋食系フレンチでランチ
2019.6.11 昼訪問
銀座一丁目にあるブラッスリーでランチです。
一階はブラッスリー、二階はレストランです。
昔からあって洋食屋さんに近い雰囲気と
メニュー構成のフレンチです。こちらのカレーは
チェーン展開していてフードコートなどに
たまに入っています。なのでフレンチでは
ありますけどカレーで有名になっていますね。
総本山のこちらはカレー屋さんというより
洋食系フレンチです。この日いただいたのは
ドライキーマカレーオムレツのせです。
このオムレツがプルンプルンでふわっと
しています。中はとろとろしていて
黄色味が強く。卵の黄身味が強いものです。
これはおいしいですね。もう少しカレーの
量が多くてもいいと思いました。
それほど混んでいなくてすぐ入れたし、落ち着いても
いるのでまた来たくなるお店です。

洋食屋さんのビーフカレーの中でもこちらの
ビーフカレーはかなりおいしいと思います。
その昔、この上にあるレストランドンピエールさんに
お伺いしたときに最後にビールカレーが出てきて
そのおいしさに感動したことがあります。
それがこちらでいただくことが可能なのです。
といいますか、ドンピエールエキスプレスさんが
いろんなところに展開しているので
そちらでお味を知る方も多いかと思います。
そのルーツはこのお店とその直上にあるレストランなわけで
やっぱりとてもおいしいのです。フォンドヴォー、ビーフの
煮込まれ具合、質、全体的に完成されたお味。
こちらの洋食はどれをとってもおいしいですけど
このビーフカレーは是非ともいただいてほしい一品です。
