There are about 20 types of cheese, mainly made by farmers using traditional methods. The owner is also a cheese advisor, and he carefully manages and matures the cheese to ensure it is delicious. We also recommend dishes made with high-quality cheese, and the ``Raclette'' made in a custom-built oven that took four years to perfect is exquisite! You can enjoy two textures: creamy and crispy. Please enjoy our original products, which are not found in France or Switzerland.

We aim to create ``food that is kind to the body,'' paying close attention not only to the ingredients but also to the cooking process. We use as much natural seafood as possible, meat that comes from a clear place of origin, and vegetables that are Organic Food or close to organic. The pasta is handmade using 100% organic domestic wheat. We spare no time and effort, making the pies from scratch. We use high-quality olive oil and salt to match the ingredients, and do not use chemical seasonings. Please enjoy the [natural flavor of the ingredients] to the fullest.

We always have about 20 to 30 types available, mainly farm-made products (Fermier) that are carefully made using traditional methods. (You can choose from the tray until around 21:00.) We have a wide selection of cheese-based dishes, including raclette, cheese fondue, quiche, pizza, and pasta. All of our quiche, pizza dough, pasta noodles, etc. are handmade and we do not use any additives. We provide delicious and safe food.
