A friend was staying at Bistro Les Chansons breakfast buffet on the second floor of the Ginza Mercure Hotel, so I joined him for breakfast. At the Mercure Tokyo Ginza, the breakfast buffet includes buttery croissants made with dough shipped frozen from France and baked hot in the kitchen every morning, as well as baguettes that are crisp on the outside and moist and salty inside. The buffet is not only available to guests, but can be used by purchasing a meal ticket at the front desk for 2,000 yen (tax included) on the day! The atmosphere of Restaurants is also different from that of a business hotel and has an elegant feel. French breakfast atmosphere The buffet table is lined with recommended breads and pastries, and on the side there are various vegetables for salads, scrambled eggs, bacon, salmon cocktail, homemade cheese spread, cereal, fruit, drinks, etc. There is a standard Western Western Cuisine menu. I was happy to see that there was a smoothie for drinks. First, we had the so-called Western Cuisine breakfast plate: salad, scrambled eggs, bacon, bread, and smoothie. I tried making it more colorful, and it was a hearty breakfast! lol It's not particularly delicious, but it's just delicious and in pretty good condition. The staff checked the amount of food being used and seemed to be constantly refilling, and they took away plates as soon as they were empty, so even though it was self-service, the service was attentive. Their proud croissants were delicious, as expected, and they were small and light, so I ended up eating too many. (I ate about three) For the second plate, I made Sandwiches with bread, salad, salmon cocktail, and cheese spread, and my favorite ingredients. After the meal, I also had Donuts, cinnamon rolls, and fruit from the pastry section, so it was a very satisfying breakfast ☕. Of course, I skipped lunch!! There was no time limit, so I could eat slowly and leisurely, and the stingy breakfast buffet was quite good. All this for 2,000 yen...great value for money. I want to go again♥️ ✼••┈┈┈┈••✼••┈┈┈┈••✼ Price: 2,000 yen (tax included) Weekdays 06:30-10:00 Saturdays, Sundays and holidays 06:30-10:30
