[Specialty] We use two types of local chicken: Shinano Jidori, which is raised for a longer period of time than usual to concentrate the flavor and can only be eaten at our restaurant, and the well-known Hinai Jidori from Odate City, Akita Prefecture. We butcher, skewer, and serve the chicken every day in our restaurant.
