お誕生日が今月だったので、お友達に誘ってもらいました。事前に予習しなきゃ!!と食べログの口コミを見に行ったのですが…写真だけの人とか文章少なめの人とか多くてあまり参考にならなくて、詳しく書いてくれている人の投稿が少なくて(;^_^A …お店のHPまで見に行きました(https://www.ginza-teki.com/)
「店主独自のルートで集めた状態の良い、香り高いワインは約300種類。飲み頃のブルゴーニュや70年代80年代のボルドー古酒、親しみやすいオーストラリアワインを中心に各国のワインを驚愕価格で取り揃えております」の文面に驚きました！ワインバーでなく？ホントに串焼き店？？ワクワクしながらお店に向かいました(#^^#)
歌舞伎座楽屋口の先、1階に話題のスイーツ店がオープンしてはブームが去るとまた次のスイーツ店がオープンするビル･･･と認識していたビルの3階で、ビルの入り口から店の入口にある看板まで、予習したHPの動画の通りで（笑） わかりやすかったです。
予約してくれていたのは【１番人気】フルコース 9,000円 (15品)でした。
今回の内容を食べログのコース詳細と照らし合わせて、以下の通りです。品数はあれ? 16品?!
・前菜3種:①信濃地鶏のモモ肉たたき ②筍と菜の花のふき味噌和え ③里芋のポタージュスープ
・④【荻】名物つくね ← いきなりの登場！大きくてジューシーで食べ応えもアリ確かに美味★
・本日のおすすめ串6本:⑥ハツ ⑦熊本県産赤茄子(ひごむらさき) ⑧せせりの燻製 ⑨比内地鶏のぼんじり ⑩ラム肉のゴルゴンゾーラかけ ⑪手羽先 ←焼鳥のメイン鶏は「信濃地鶏」だそうです。
・⑫白レバーのパテ～トースト添え～ ←植木鉢にスコップというニクい演出
・⑬本日の一品～しらすと春キャベツのマリネ(?) ←お洒落な逸品に見惚れて、お料理の説明聞き忘れました(;^_^A
・⑭本日の箸休め 大根の鬼おろしといぶりがっこ和え ←大根と大根(笑) でも確かにさっぱり～
・⑮【〆のごはん】トリュフ焼きおにぎりと鶏ガラのコラーゲンスープ ← きりたんぽ風きおにぎりと出汁茶漬け風に
・⑯【デザート】本日の手造りデザート ← ３種盛りでした。ロウソク飾ってもらいました❤︎
・食後酒 ← デザートに合わせて一緒に！Beau Michelleでした。美味しかったです
アルコールは、誕生日祝いにシャンパンは、Bernard Bremont Brut でした。あとはお料理に合わせてお任せで出してもらいました。
レバーパテ入りミニ植木鉢とスコップの映えポイント①は、〇年位前に西麻布界隈で流行っていた「土に見立てたこれも食べられるのよ～」系、創作料理を思い出しましたが、燻製はボトルに入って登場、映えポイント②は、串がちょっと取り出しにくかったけれど、燻な香りがとってもよかったです。
客層は、たぶんお店のSNSに載っているボトルワイン目当て？ワイン好きな紳士２名、３名グループと、近くの会社の送別会風な男女まざったグループ４名１組･･･男性客に方が多かったのと、スタッフさん全員男性でした(余談) 個室がないので接待向きではない分、皆さん「自腹」で来ている感じでした。
私たちもコロナ禍以後、外食が減った時から…せっかく外食するならちょっと奮発したい派で、お祝いごとをみつけては新たなお店探しをしているので今回も満足でした。友人のセレクトに感謝です。
