Our store offers fresh Nagoya Cochin that is shipped directly from the production area every day. We basically offer courses so that you can enjoy a variety of parts evenly. Among them, we recommend the ``Yakitori Tei Course'' (3,500 yen) where you can enjoy 5 different parts: kashiwa, dango, specially selected liver, regular meat, and meatballs. Choose the sauce made from the original recipe or yuzu pepper to your liking. Please enjoy the supreme Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) made by a chef who is confident in his grilling skills.
