銀座しゃぶ通好の笹＠マロニエゲートにて蒸し野菜とともに牛・豚・鴨を味わう♪2022年10月18日
有楽町駅からすぐのところにあるマロニエゲート12階の「銀座しゃぶ通好の笹」にて宴席。
せいろの中の野菜ができたところで、上に薄く切られた牛が載せられ、さらに蒸される。
肉で野菜を包むようにしていただくという形式。お店の人がやってくれるので、話がしやすいし、とても楽。
豚はもう少し小さいサイズでずらりと並べられた。
最後は鴨。
蒸されたお肉の上に、野菜が載せられ、それぞれ肉でまかれるということになる。
一口サイズで食べやすく、これぞ、おもてなし！という心意気を感じる。
仕上げは稲庭うどんで。
デザートは、栗の渋皮で作ったアイスにした。甘さがとても身に染みる。
ちなみに、野菜がずらりと並んだ様子は、なかなか映えるものだった。
せいろが大きいので、最初は、何が入ってるんだろ？と思ったけれど、とても美味しかった。
ゴマは、各自ですりつぶすことで、香りがたって、美味しさも引き立つ感じ。
薬味も、特に辛いものも、それほど辛くなく、マイルドに楽しむことができた。
最初のお通しからして美味しかったんだけれど。
ちなみに、飲み物は、テーブルにあるiPadで注文するという方式。どれもすぐに出てくるし、日本酒もいろいろとあって、とても美味しかった。
なお、座席は、オープンなスペースの4人掛け席。椅子の下に収納があって、鞄はそちらに入れる感じ。隣のテーブルとは、透明な仕切りがあったけれど、明るい感じのお店だった。
