2024GWを楽しみにしてた三重県産A5ランク松阪牛リブロース＆鹿児島県産黒豚ロースの蒸ししゃぶコースでスタート(^｡^)
蒸ししゃぶなるメニューは初めてだったがとにかく野菜の量のインパクトがスゴい(･_･;
一つ一つ説明を受けた15種類はどれも美味くてヘルシー！
が、そのおかげで肝心の松阪牛や黒豚ロースが霞んでしまって...あまり印象に残らなかった(T . T)
強いて言えばリブロースより黒豚ロースの方が野菜と相性が良い気がする
稲庭うどんや黒糖シャーベットはなかなか美味い
取り分けやスパークリングをついでくれるタイミングは良いし、店内の雰囲気も明るくて良し(^.^)
