銀座７丁目、ちょうどフェラガモ銀座店の裏のビルにあります。
「Wine Bar&Dining地球星」同僚のまっちゃん御用達のお洒落なダイニングにお邪魔いたしました。
店内は、ソファーが基本でカウンターもあり生のピアノ演奏があり落ち着いた感じで大人な空間。
同僚が常連と言う事もあり店長さんがご挨拶に...
そしてワインの品定め。
まずは、にシャンパンで乾杯ですね。
ＬＯＵＩＳ ＤＥ ＧＲＥＮＥＬＬＥ（ルイ・ド・グルネル・ソーミュール・グラン・キュベ）うぅーーん酸味とほのかな甘さ、クリームのような泡が印象的なシャンパンです。というかスパークリングです。ＡＯＣ ソミュール村の生産でロワール。
独特のさわやかな甘みが美味しい一品です。
ワイン＆ダイニングとのことなのですがフレンチがベースのようです。
・四万十川産 鮎の前菜。季節感を感じますねぇ～
・富良野産ホワイトアスパラの温野菜。
・盛り合わせ。手前のバルベイー産鴨の燻製と奥のサーモン。
・パルマ産 生ハム
特にレバーペイストの奥深き味わいで赤ワインとお愛称は抜群です。
その後、赤ワイン３本（すみません種類を確認するのわすれましたが美味しかった）
いずれにしましてもいい雰囲気で飲むお酒は、たまにはいいかも。
また行きたいお店の上位にランクＵＰです。
お店の方にはさすがにワインに精通しておりおもしろいお話をいろいろ聞かせていただきありがとうございました。
