銀座の裏通りにある、フレンチ＆ワインバー。
随分と前ですが知人が推していたので、店名だけは知っていましたが、このたびランチで初訪問。
雑居ビルの4Fにあるこじんまりとしたお店なので、なかなかの隠れ家感です。
内装は白を基調としていて、テーブルクロスはクリーム色。
中央部分がテーブル席で、その両側がソファ席。間を仕切るのは、白の紐暖簾のようなストリングカーテン。ピアノも置いてあり、夜は生演奏とかもやっているみたいですね。なかなか落ち着いた雰囲気のオトナの空間です。
通されたのはＬ字型になったソファ席で、座る場所にはさらに座布団的なものも置かれていて、いい感じ(^^)
某サイトから予約したランチコース。
■乾杯ドリンク
自分は、車なのでノンアルカクテルのシンデレラを。パイナップルとオレンジとレモンが合わさったミックスジュース的なもの。かわいいの飲んじゃった(^^;;
ツレは、ミモザ。
■自家製パン
２回くらいおかわりしたかな。バターとかオリーブオイルとかは無し。

真鯛のミモザ風サラダ仕立て
■魚料理
エスカルゴを乗せた有頭海老のグラティネ ブールブランとビスクの2色ソース
食べられる部分は少なめですが、濃厚なソースとプルプルの身が合っていました。有頭海老の下には茄子が。
■肉料理
ロッシーニタワー
こちらお店の名物料理！
配膳後に濃厚な赤ワインのソースをかけてくれます。
マッシュポテトの土台の上に、上からフォアグラのテリーヌ、牛フィレのロティ、豚フィレのグリエ、地鶏のグリエがタワー状に積み重なっています。
美味しさ具合はやっぱり、上から順の通り、フォアグラ＞牛＞豚＞鶏＞芋かなw
地鶏がちょっと焦げ臭かったのが残念。
■デセール
イチゴのショートケーキにソースがかかったもの。
なのですが、ちょっと切り口が雑で（わざと？）、なぜか横倒し。味は良いのですが、見栄えがイマイチ(^^;;
■カフェ
これだけ付いて、なんと2500円（税込）なので、銀座という地も考え合わせれば、かなり高CPだと思います。限定価格となっていますが、他のサイトでも同じ値段でした。
周囲の客が全員同じコースなので、仕入れ価格とかも抑えられるんでしょうね。
どんどん作れるからか、料理の提供もほとんど待ちなしでした。
退店時にはシェフが挨拶に出てきてくれて、クリスマスコースを猛アピールw
店員さんもエレベータを呼んで見送りしてくれたりと、好印象でした(^^)
