｢塩サムギョプサルとチュクミポックムコース｣を飲み放題付きで予約してKOREAN DINING 長寿韓酒房銀座店へ初めてお訪ねしました。
コース内容は
・塩サムギョプサル
・大石焼チュクミポックム
・白菜キムチ、カクテキ
・もやしナムル、小松菜ナムル、ぜんまいナムル
・サーモンとアボカドのフェ
・コリアンチキンはヤンニョムチキンを選択
・おつまみキムチーズジョン
・チーズクリームトッポギ
・ポックムパ～炒め飯～
・ソルロンタン
・デザートアイス
とボリューム満点です。
まずは、キムチやナムルのすべてが運ばれてきます。
それを楽しみながら、目の前で塩サムギョプサルを丁寧に丁寧に焼いてくれます。
焼き立てを食べれば間違いない美味しさです！
荏胡麻の葉やサンチュと言った野菜に巻けば美味しさも増します。
サーモンとアボカドのフェと言う料理も間にトマトも挟んであり、酸味とアボカドのコクとサーモンの油がマッチしてお酒のアテにも合いました。
ヤンニョムチキンも熱々で甘辛く、ホクホクハーハーしながら美味しくいただけ、キムチーズジョンと言うキムチを玉子とチーズで焼きあげたものも美味しくいただきました。
チーズクリームトッポギは甘くこってりしていて後からくる辛さもあり、お腹に結構たまります。
サムギョプサルを食べ終えた後は、大石焼チュクミポックムを目の前で作ってくれます。
チュクミポックム初体験ですが、辛いイイダコが何とも言えず美味しく、こういう韓国料理屋さんのメニューでは一番好きかもしれないと思いました。
ポックムを食べ終えると、そこにご飯を入れ韓国のりを振りかけた焼き飯、ポックムパを作ってくれ、これも辛みが増して美味しくいただけました！
辛い口を癒すように牛骨スープのソルロンタンを少しずつ飲みますが、これは実に優しい、優し過ぎるほどの味でした。
最後のイチゴのアイスを食べて、もうお腹がパンパンになりました。
食べログによると神泡達人店として認定されているようで、プレモルの生ビールが美味しくいただけました。
コスパ、そして目の前で料理してくれるライブ感、店員さんの適切で迅速で優しいご対応により、食事とお酒をたくさんいただき楽しめ、大満足でした。
