銀座にある冷麺が美味しいお店とのことで友人に勧められて行ってきました。
この日は休日夜でしたが、1時間くらい前に電話をしたら予約が取れた！！
穴場なのかな？と思いきや行ってみるとほぼ満席。事前の予約をお勧めします。
店内はウッド調のカフェのようなおしゃれな空間！広々としていてファミリーでもきやすそうな雰囲気です。
まずはアボカドと豆腐のサラダ！
そこからお肉も食べたかったので単品で。
そしてチヂミに締めはもちろん冷麺です。
お肉はタンとカルビを頼みましたがどちらも柔らかくて美味しい。特にタンはしっかり弾力がありつつも歯でサクッと噛み切れてしまう…！かなり上質なタンでした。
チヂミは熱々の鉄板で専用のタレもついてきます。具沢山で外はパリパリ、中はふっくらと間違いなく美味しいチヂミでした。
韓国料理とも近いものが出てくるお店ですが冷麺は盛岡冷麺風です（笑）
韓国の冷麺と圧倒的に違うのはその麺の太さとコシでしょう。
盛岡冷麺はゴムのような噛み切りにくい弾力のある麺！これがまたクセになるお味。キムチは別添えできたので味変に使いました。
今回はアラカルトで注文しましたが、コースが圧倒的にお得でした。（笑）
夜はコースをお勧めします。
