...A (Galaxy)" in the hope that customers can enjoy the rich blessings of the land and sea of the galactic earth as a new food culture through Korean Cuisine. The space of UNA is a healing place that gently and cherishes customers, like a pojagi (wrapping cloth) that an omoni (mother) sews with scraps of Yakiniku (Grilled meat) or silk. The mission of Pyonpyonsha GINZA UNA is to provide a dining space that restores humanity, which is the essence of Korean Cuisine Restaurants. Please stop by if you are in the area. We offer Iwate Prefecture branded Yakiniku (Grilled meat) such as Maezawa Cold Noodles and Iwate shorthorn beef, organic vegetables from Iwate Prefecture, contracted rice, and other ingredients, and we use "Sosei Water", a vibration reduction water. We do not use any detergents.
