やっぱり最高！
お昼ご飯に「寿司しおの」さんのランチへ。
電車を避けて歩いて一時間かけてお店へ。
お店に入るとカウンター席に案内され、椅子に座ると同時に「チラシにしますか？」と。
もちろん、「はい！」と返事。
はじめに出されたわかめと胡瓜の酢の物？はイメージではツンっとくるような酢の酸っぱさを、想像していましたが、口の中に広がるのは優しいお味。
そして、バラチラシの登場。
まぐろにイカ、ホタテ、数の子、穴子、きゅうり、玉子などが入っており、下味もしっかりとされており、いくらでも食べれてしまう美味しさ。
限定10食なので、開店時を狙ってまた行こう。
そして、後から来たお客さんがご飯大盛りにしていたので、次回はもしかしたらご飯大盛りにするかもしれない。

今までで一番のバラちらし
Facebookで「しおの」さんのページを見ていたら食べたくなって行ってしまった。
いつもは「末広ひぎり」を頼みますが、今回は前から気になっていた1日10食限定「バラちらし」
まずは、小鉢の登場。
豆腐とかんぴょうは優しいお味でした。
そして、バラちらしの登場です。
まぐろにイカ、きゅうりにサーモン、あなごに玉子、数の子まで入っています。
さらにはいくらが散りばめられており、贅沢なバラちらしをいただきました。
下味がつけてありますので、お好きにとのことで、しばらくこのまま食べたら醤油で味変と思って食べていたら、いつの間にかにどんぶりが空っぽになっていました
本当に美味しくいただきました！

知り合いに連れてきてもらって初訪問。
勝負事に負けて落ち込んでいた僕の心を癒してくれた食事でした。

デザートの果物（みずみずしいくて甘い柑橘類）
覚えてる範疇ではこんな感じで感動的なお味でした。
連れてってもらったのでお代は不明です…
本当に美味しくいただきました

This was my first visit in a year. It was my birthday, so I splurged and ordered the top-grade Bara Chirashi and Suehiro Nigiri. First, the Suehiro Nigiri. As expected, it felt fresher than Conveyor belt sushi, and the nigiri was made with care. I'm sad that they no longer serve sea urchin nigiri, probably due to the price hike. It can't be helped. Also, they introduced the top-grade Bara Chirashi. The shrimp on top was plump, so I was glad I ordered the top-grade. Next time, I'd like to go again before a year has passed. Thank you for the meal.
