食べログ ステーキ・鉄板焼 百名店 選出の『加藤牛肉店 銀座』さんに伺いました。
アクセスは、新橋駅より徒歩8分、銀座駅より徒歩3分程の
数寄屋通り沿いのトニービル1Fです。
さて、こちらは横浜市にある加藤牛肉店直営のレストランで2008年にOPEN されてます。他にも渋谷、西麻布、横浜等に系列店が有ります。
肉は、山形牛のみを扱っており、最初から最後まで山形牛尽くしです。肉好きには堪りません。
そして、銀座という街に有ながらリーズナブルな価格設定なので有難いです。
店内は、カウンター席とテーブル席が有ります。年季の入った感じですが綺麗にされております。
接客サービスも丁寧で、最後にはシェフとホールの方がお見送りして下さいました。

『自家製 山形牛コンビーフ』
コンビーフのブルスケッタ
トリュフオイルがアクセントです
『山形牛ザブトンの牛刺身』
綺麗にサシの入ったザブトン刺身と山葵にタップリの玉葱で頂きます
『自家製ベーコンとウインナーと茸のスープ』
『ステーキ３種盛合せ（１５０g）』
山形牛のサーロインとヒレとランプの食べ比べです。
どれもサシの入り具合が凄いです
『山形牛ハンバーグ』
グリーンアスパラガス、マッシュポテト、デミグラスソース
肉汁がジュワーッと出てくる贅沢なハンバーグです。少し甘めのソースです
『香の物』
『山形牛ビーフカレー』
黒色のカレーです。もう少しコクが有ると美味しさ倍増だと思います
『自家製山形牛コンビーフの卵かけご飯』
自家製コンビーフ絶品です。いくらでも食べられそうですWWW
『メロンシャーベットとシャインマスカット』
アッサリと頂けました
