銀座一丁目にある山形アンテナショップの2階に構える、イタリアン『ヤマガタサンダンデロ』
何度か聞き直してしまいそうな店名ですが『山形産なんでしょ』と言う方言なんだとか
店内は山形県で有名な家具店“天童木工”の椅子やテーブルを完備しているそうで、木の温かみを感じますが決して広くはありません
コロナの関係でテーブルの数を減らしていましたが、もともとは席と席の間が狭かった記憶があります（キツキツだった。今は快適）
遊び心を交えたお料理の数々
仕込みから口に入れるまで、最高の美味しさを引き出す調理温度を計算しているとのことで、この食材がこうなるのかとアイディアにも唸りました
