ぷらっと、今日のランチは、東銀座周辺を散策。
東京メトロ日比谷線東銀座駅５番出口から地上へ、
地上に上がると目の前が信号で、
右手が晴海通りである。
Ｕターンし歌舞伎座方面へ少しき、
最初のＴ字路を右折して、しばらく歩くき、
最初の十字路を道なりに直進して、少し歩くと左手に、
本日、お邪魔した『博多 慶州 銀座店』さんがある。
平日の１３時００分に入店。
店内に入ると女性店員が「二人掛けのテーブル席」に
案内してくれた。
テーブル席に向かう途中に、店内を見廻すと
男女の四人組が各１組と男女の三人組が各１組と
女性の二人組が１組と男性のおひとり様が２名の
合計１８名のお客さまが居られた。
テーブル席に着いて、
まずはメニュー表でメニューを確認。
メニューは、

入口に黒板に「おすすめ・和牛タンバーグ定食」と
あったので。「和牛タンバーグ定食」狙いで、
入店したが売切れていた。
気を取り直して、女性店員に「おすすめ」を伺うと
「牛ホルモン鉄板定食」と応えが返ってきたので、
迷わず、女性店員に「牛ホルモン鉄板定食」を発注。
待つこと７分。
「牛ホルモン鉄板定食」が提供された。
「牛ホルモン鉄板定食」の内容は、
「牛ホルモン鉄板」「サラダ」
「小鉢（もやしとニラの炒め物）」
「ご飯」「スープ」である。
「牛ホルモン鉄板」は、
熱々の鉄板の上に、牛ホルモン（レバー、ミノ、
シマチョウ、ギアラ?）と野菜（もやし、ニラ、
ニンニク）が味付きで、焼かれて出てきた。
そして、「牛ホルモン鉄板」焼肉を食べ進め
牛肉は、柔らかく食べやすい肉から、コリコリや
プリップリとした食感で旨い。
「野菜」は、
ニラともやしはシャキシャキ食感で、
ニンニクは、ゴロゴロ入っていて、
パンチがあり、個人的に好きである。
そんな「牛ホルモンと野菜」を「ご飯」に
合わせて食べ進めて、箸休めに、「サラダ」と
「小鉢（もやしとニラの炒め物）」を食べて、
「ご飯」をお替りして、再度「牛ホルモンと野菜」に
合わせて食べ進めて、最後にスープを飲んで完食。
本日は、ニンニクがゴロゴロと入った「牛ホルモン鉄板定食」を堪能したＱちゃんでした。
