銀座で和食を食べようと、食べログ検索。行きつけのお店はどこも入れず、
新たな店探しで、こちらの「おうち」を発見！！
3人で伺いました。
ここは料理が出てくるのがめっちゃ遅いので、
コースを注文したほうがいいいかもしれません。
20名ぐらいの店内で厨房は1人。
そりゃ中々作れんわ！！と突っ込みたくなりますが、
料理はむちゃくちゃ美味しいです。
生ビールはサントリーのマスターズドリーム！！
最近はまってます。
コンビニでも買うことがあります。
お通し
豆乳のなんちゃら（聞き取れませんでした）と説明をうけましたが、
その豆乳がクリームチーズのようで美味しいです！！
早く食べないと、溶けてしまうらしく、2回ほど、なるべく早く食べてくれと言われてしまいました( ﾉД`)ｼｸｼｸ…

お野菜も美味しいのですが、ドレッシングが自家製で、めっちゃ美味しいんです！！
新玉ねぎの豚肉巻き
新玉ねぎが美味しかった。
のどくろの山椒やき
のどくろって本当に美味しいですよね。
錦織君が大好きな理由がわかりません。
つぶ貝とタケノコの梅和え
のどくろがあぶらが乗っているので、
このあぶらを流すのにさっぱりしますね。
大山鶏と新玉ねぎ
大山鶏がうまいっすね。
みょうがは苦手なんですが、こちらのみょうがは食べれました。
刺身盛り
まぐろ、中トロ、赤身、さざえ、シマアジ、タイ
刺身も新鮮で美味しいですね。
ごまうどん？？
メニュー名は違うかもしれませんが、
しめにこのうどん最高です！！
全体的に料理のクオリティが高く、どれもすごく美味しいです。
ただ残念ながら、料理が出てくるのが遅いんですよぉ。
小生は飲みながらの食事ですから、そこまで気にならなかったのですが、
下戸の連れは、料理が遅いと不満そうでした。
料理の提供が早ければ、小生は、4点台を付けるお店です。
店構え、店内の雰囲気もすごくいいのでもったいない。
でもお料理はすごーーーく美味しいですよ。
