ずっと気になっていた和食屋さん「おうち」初訪問。
入り口が奥まったところにあるので、お店が目立たず
わかりにくいです。
割烹料理のお店ですが、外観も内観もとても綺麗。
12：00過ぎにお伺い、先客一名。
今回は日替わりの「天ぷら定食」1100円！
他に温泉卵、小鉢（ポテトサラダ）、お味噌汁香の物に
お代わり自由のサラダと一口デザートが付きます。
メインの天ぷらは海老に鱧、しし唐茄子サツマイモ。
薄衣でパリッと揚っていてとても軽やか。鱧は肉厚でぷりぷりしていました。
自家製の紫蘇ドレッシングもポテトサラダも手作り感あって美味しい！
食後の一口デザート杏仁豆腐でほっこり。
全体に量が軽めですが、色々な食材をバランスよくいただいた印象。
「整う食事」でした。
暑い日が続き疲れがたまっていたのでこういう食事が有難い！
