ネット予約の出来る銀座の割烹。物珍しさから予約して訪問。
店内はまるでお袋の味を食べに来たかのような気持ちにさせてくれる素朴でアットホームな空間。店名の由来はそこにあるのかと納得。
板場は大将が一人で仕切り、物腰の柔らかい女将が店内を廻る。客のペースを見ながらタイミング良く料理ひとつひとつ仕上げて提供してくれるので、心地よい時間をゆったりと過ごすことが出来る。料理は特に焼き物の仕上がりが見事。
これでひとり1万円程度というのは銀座であることを思えばコスパも良し。肩肘張らない会食にオススメの店である。ご馳走さまでした。
