行きすぎない完璧さが◉、お母さんのような温かい笑顔が看板の美人女将さんが素敵でした。
雰囲気のかたすぎない小料理屋さんを探していてこちらを初訪問。
地下にあり、落ち着いた入り口から入店。
店内は、さっぱりとして清潔な印象です。
カウンターから大将が料理をしているのが見えます（とても職人な雰囲気の方）。
一人で作られていますが、お料理が出てくるまでの待ち時間でストレスは感じず。
合間合間の、感じの良いサービスで雰囲気もよし。
ただちょーっと残念なのが、他のお客様の会話の声で
少し声を張らないと相方の声が聞こえず（カウンター）でした。
酔っ払うと声が大きくなる方がいらっしゃる日は、こんな感じなんでしょうね・・。
お店のせいではないので、その日の来客に依るかもしれません。
お料理は、どれも美味しく、丁寧に作られているのが感じられます。
旬のものを大事に使われているようで、
また時期をずらして訪れたいお店。
何より、そこまで寝がはらないのが嬉しいところです。
