go to イートを利用してみようと思い立ち、銀座ランチ&2,000円以内&１人&席のみ利用の条件で 、最も評価が高かったこの和食店を利用してみた。
交詢社通り沿いで、コリドー街近く、デリー銀座店の隣のビルの地下の隠れ家的なところにこの店はある。
ランチの定食は五種類あって、どれも1,000円とリーズナブル。
この中から、レビューの評判の良い利休うどん定食(1,000円、外税)を注文した。
定食の内容は、利休うどん、鶏竜田揚げ２つ、ご飯、お新香、小鉢、サラダ、デザート。
先ず、キャベツのサラダが提供された。
このサラダには緑色のドレッシングがかかっていて、これは何かとギョってするが、自家製のバジルのドレッシングらしい。
見た目とは違って、ちゃんと和風テイストになっいた。
キャベツが瑞々しく、シャキッとしていたことも何気にポイントが高い。
山盛りのキャベツをポリポリとあらかた食べ終わった頃に、利休うどん等が配膳された。
利休うどんの汁は胡麻風味で、胡麻が強く主張せずに上品で優しい味わい。
うどんは細くて、少しもちもちとしていた。
この利休うどんは、なかなか美味しかった。
ちなみに、この胡麻風味のうどんは、夏季にはくるみだれうどんに代わるそうだ。
鶏竜田揚げも、味付けは薄め。
味が濃いのはあまり好きじゃなく、このくらいで丁度良い。
ご飯は、お茶碗の中にほんのちんまりとだけ盛られていて、てっぺんにはちりめん山椒が二片ほど載っていた。
ご飯をもう少し欲しいところだけど、うどんもあるので糖質過多にならないようにしているのだろう。
ご飯は餅米のようにかなりもっちりしていた。
全体的に薄味で好みの味付けだったし、〆にデザート(ゼリーと果物)が出てくるなど量も十分、価格も場所柄を考えたらリーズナブルで、近くにあったらランチで時々利用してもいいなと思わせる内容だった。
