最近巷で話題の油そば(私の周りだけ？)を食べに行きました。
ギンザシックスの裏にあるこちらのお店、ランチに行ったらすでに並んでる〜！
ギリギリ一巡目で入れました、店内はカウンターのみ8席？だけかな。入店して自販機で食券買って着席、エプロンかけて待つ。
☆油そば Bセット
チャーシューと温玉トッピング、着丼したらカウンターにあるお酢とラー油を回し掛け、玉ねぎのみじん切りをのせてまぜまぜ。熱々の麺の下にあるタレを絡めて、湯気出る〜！
油そばって油じゃなくて濃い目のタレなのね。
台湾まぜそばともまた違うのね。
魚介系？私はあんまりラーメンって食べないので詳しくは分からないけど、期待してた以上に美味しかったです。途中で辛いのを投入して味変、少ししかいれてないのに結構辛い！
食べてすぐ出ましたが外に並んで待ってる人いました。隣のじゃんがらラーメンとこちらの油そば、どちらも外国人の方が多く並んでました。
今、油そば屋さんって何種類かあるのね。みんな見た目の看板が似てて見分けがつきませんが(^_^;)
ご馳走様でした。
