銀座でランチのお店を物色。
お昼時にTポイントを使えるお店が意外と少ない。。
そして美味しそうでそそられるお寿司屋さんを発見！
「おたる政寿し銀座」
北海道・小樽の有名店だそう。
お魚は北海道から直送されているのだと聞きました。
ランチ限定の【旬華】コースを予約。３２７８円
カウンターに通されました。
ひとりでお寿司屋さんに入るのは初めて。
折角なのでおたるの白ワインを注文。
先付・お芋だったかな？汗。
カウンター席越しから～きびきびと働いていらっしゃいました。
私はイカ・タコ・ホタテ以外の貝類が苦手とお伝えしました。
真鯛・柚子、醤油付き
塩を付けて食べるのをお勧めされました。

小樽ではあるお寿司なんだそう。

そして選べる一貫には「バフンウニ」を。
塩付きで出されました。

北海道から空輸されてきたウニだそう。
とろける様で甘くて美味しかったです～＾＾ｂ

白玉・あんこ・最中・さつま芋
ここでなぜさつま芋？不思議な感覚でした。
カウンター席も隣にはアクリル板があり安心して食事ができました。
お店の場所は銀座一丁目にあるポーラビル。
エレベーターを降りると直ぐにモダンな和空間が迎えてくれました。

すごく美味しいお寿司でした。
