平日のランチで利用しました。
地下鉄「東銀座駅」から徒歩1分、サンリット銀座ビル2階にある江戸前鮓です。
2010年3月オープンの店内は総席数23席（カウンター9席、テーブル14席）の小型店舗。
つけ場に1名（調理帽、調理服、前掛け）、厨房に2名、ホールに1名のフォーメーションで切り盛りしていました。
今回オーダーしたのはランチの「ばらちらし1430円」。
