お店に到着すると、本日は予約にて全て満席とお店の入口に書いてありました
予約して置いてよかった☺️
店内は広く、清潔感のあるお店
カウンターには板前さんが3人
内装はオシャレな和風✨
コース料理で予約したのでテーブル席で予約しました
日本酒は九平次を注文
まず、かに味噌豆腐と菜の花の煮浸し
筍とフキの煮物、かに味噌豆腐は濃厚で美味しく煮物のお出汁もとてもいい味で飲み干しました笑
お刺身は鮪、カンパチ、甘エビ、コハダ
鮪は全て天然と書いてありました
焼き物は鰆
ホタルイカの茶碗蒸しはとても美味しかったです
握り寿司のネタもどれも鮮度がよく美味しかったです
特にホタテは甘くて美味しかった✨
デザートは、春なので桜のアイス
桜色で可愛く、ほんのり塩味がしてサッパリと頂けました
