銀座の「すしざんまい 匠 銀座6丁目店」。
「匠」は「すしざんまい」の中でもワンランク上の店舗らしく、六本木、赤坂にもあります。
場所は「東急プラザ 銀座」すぐ近くの大通り沿い1Fという超高立地。
店内はカウンターにテーブル席で高級感あるも緊張感は無く、子連れでも居心地良いです。
お寿司はお好み一貫から注文でき、おつまみも多数。
本日のおすすめも旬の握りに一品料理等色々あります。
先日、築地の本店に伺ったのですが、「匠」と言っても本鮪赤身含めほとんどの握りは同価格。
本鮪中とろ、本鮪大とろが40円高いくらいです。
「本日の刺身三点盛り」1650円
この日は黒むつ、活たこ、金目鯛。
どれもネタは良く、特に金目鯛が美味しかったです。
「特大赤海老の天ぷら」638円×2
商品名どおりビッグサイズの有頭赤海老。
頭の殻が外されて素揚げされており、見た目もサービス感も楽しいです。
「本鮪赤身」217円＆「本鮪中とろ」371円
「すしざんまい」と言えば本鮪。
赤身でも脂の乗りが良く、他店なら中とろレベルです。
「ほっき貝」371円
本日のおすすめでネタ大き目。
フレッシュで甘みがあり、美味しいホッキです。
「本鮪大とろ」481円
中とろ以上に脂は乗っていますが、きめ細かい差し。
上品な脂でとろけていきます。
「玉子」107円＆「いかげそ」107円
安いネタでも満足な握り。
特に小指の先くらいしかシャリが無い玉子はおつまみにもなります。
銀座でも子連れ家族でカウンターに座り、ちょこちょこ注文できる素晴らしい寿司店。
軽く瓶ビール飲んでも一人当たり5000円くらいだったので、この立地でかなり使い勝手良いと思います。
