何年ぶりだろうか？すしざんまいへ。
匠って付いてるけど、何が違うんだろう？
ぶっちゃけメニューとかは変わらない気がする。
夜中に突然、寿司食べたくなった時にありがたい。
深夜までやってるんだよね。(24時間か？)
ピンクグレープフルーツサワーで乾杯。
注文はこんな感じ。

酢の物は、いろんな魚介入ってていい◎梅酢かな？？
真牡蠣(昆布森)はクリーミーでうま！！
中とろは、意外と美味しい！
少し筋は気になるけど。
活き鯵は、注文が入ってから、水槽から出してさばくので、めちゃくちゃ動く！！ぎゃー！
新鮮なので、ゴリゴリと強い食感！
本山葵細巻きは、鰹節も一緒に巻いてあるのが個性的で良かった◎
牡丹海老は肉厚。
頭は唐揚げにしてくれる。
全体的に、思ったよりも良かった(笑)
深夜、急に寿司食べたくなったらまた利用する事もあるかもしれない。
