銀座でまた面白いお店をみっけました。
「KUROBE（クロベ）」というところ。
2011年4月にOPENして、1周年だそうです！
場所は銀座のユニクロのすぐ裏。
なんか最近こんな雰囲気のお店ばっかり行ってる気がするｗ
細い階段の先に、黄色い看板発見。
入口はこんな感じです。
ドアを開けて入ってみると、細い通路の先にはオープンなカウンター。
おそらく、この方がくろべさんというんでしょう。
お客さんとわいわい会話を楽しみながら接客されていましたよ。
奥にはキッチンがあり、中央でくろべさんとおしゃべりしながらワインを楽しむ感じ。
メニューは黒板に色々書いてありました。
とりあえず、泡で乾杯♪仕事終わりの1杯は最高ですね！
▼「鶏ネギさっぱりサラダ」
予想通りの味で美味しかったですｗ
ワインは珍しくシラーズ。これ、美味しかったです。
▼「揚げカマンベールのピンチョス」
▼「ムール貝とドライトマトの白ワイン蒸し」
ドライトマトが入ってるのって珍しいですよね。
スープがもうちょっと欲しかったところ。
▼「アオリイカのレアソテー」
レモンとバジルソースでさっぱりと頂きます。
柔らかくて美味しかった〜。
▼「KUROBEのスペアリブ（1PC）」
この日、一番ヒットしたのがこちらのスペアリブ。
とっても柔らかくて美味しかった〜。濃いめの肉食系の味ですｗ
続いてワインは白へ。
〆にパスタを頂きました。
どれにしようか悩んでいたところ、
「だいちゃんのおまかせパスタ」という謎のメニューを発見。
要は、おまかせだそうで、それをお願いしましたｗ
出てきたのがこちらのパスタ。
海老とトマトを使ったさっぱりしたパスタ。
なんだかくろべさんとの話が盛り上がりすぎて、飲みすぎてしまったような気がします。
お客さんみんなすごく楽しそうにしているのがとても印象的なお店でした。
ひとりでもふらっと行ける感じがいいですね。
また来ます。
