When I was wandering around Ginza for a long time, I noticed this building behind the Uniqlo Building that had a gorilla hanging from it. It seems that the former boutique owner put it on as a hobby, and it has nothing to do with this shop. but. Is it the best landmark? LOL I was initially confused when looking for the entrance, but it was on the 2nd floor up a narrow staircase. I requested a counter with a view of the blackboard menu and kitchen, but there are also semi-private table seats for those who value privacy. Dorami would like to have a conversation with the staff, so of course she would like to sit at the counter. It seems to be a popular restaurant, and the counter quickly filled up. The atmosphere seems easy to use, such as close couples, familiar couples, women, etc. Perhaps it's because of the owner's personality. I would like to thank Dorami for letting me talk to her while I was waiting alone☆ Since there were three of us that day, Awa ordered CAVA and I left the cooking to her. Actually, there were many items on the blackboard menu that I was interested in, so I wanted to order them myself. lol It was my first visit to the restaurant with a friend, so the individual play was a bit of a shame lol The milt wasn't made with ponzu sauce, right? (Bitter smile Italian Cuisine?! Beef topped with sea urchin is inevitable since it's the end of the year?! The smell of sea urchin was a little stronger, so it may not have been a good combination... I want to be conscious of low-carb for the next fritto as well. Dorami has a bit of thick frit, and personally I only like the inside...The bamboo charcoal salt gives it a stylish feel.There are two types of Oyster, raw and grilled.I wonder if the grilled ones are already seasoned with black pepper?lol I wonder if it's vinegar. ?It's well-seasoned, yes, it's not bad ♪ The raw Oyster are also delicious ♪ The main dish is domestic black-haired wagyu beef Steak. The fat is amazing. It's good for the elderly (bitter smile). It's lean and delicious. You'll want to wash it down with red wine. It's a delicate greasy lol Wow~☆Next time I'd like to enjoy it in Bistro style way with my favorite items♪ I had to rush in a really short time because I was busy with the rest, so next time I'll take it easy and enjoy the delicious wine and fun conversation.
