先輩に銀座でおごって頂けると期待して来店しました。
さすが、銀座です。内装は豪華と言うより、温かく落ち着けかつ品良く高級感がありました。
おごって頂いたので価格は参考まで。
土塀と赤瓦と石畳の古都の小道のような、奥の引き戸の個室に案内されました。
室内は落ち着いて食事のできる広さです。
●前菜は
白菜キムチ、胡瓜のキムチ、ナムル盛合せ、サラダ、お通し。
つけたれや塩が豊富でした。それぞれの好みに合わせられます。
私はお勧めの甘醤油にしました。高級なお肉はお醤油がピッタリでした。
取り皿は赤瓦のデザインで粋な感じです。
●白州のハイボールを注文しました。
最初はお肉3種盛りに３種の焼き野菜です。
●特上ロースト、厳選部位、上カルビ（たぶん）
焼くとお肉のサシがクリームチーズのようで美味です。雑味のないお肉です。
焼きすぎに注意して一つ一つ焼きました。炭焼きの良い香りがたまりません。
●水菜のリブロースと塩タンです。
水菜のリブロースは絶品です。
薄切りのリブロース包まれた水菜で、お肉のうまさと水菜サラダを一緒に食べれ美味です。
水菜が少し冷たいぐらいさっと焼いた時がベストでした。
塩タンは美味しくて覚えていません。夢中になってしまい、焼き野菜を焦がしてしまいました。
●冷メンのミニを頂きました。しこしこ腰のあるメンです。
●アイスも付きました。
たぶんこれは松永牧場コースだと思います。６０００円。飲み放題付きです。
