``We want you to easily enjoy delicious meat in the Ginza area.'' At our restaurant, we offer meat that is melt-in-your-mouth tender and delicious at a reasonable price. We purchase with a focus on "quality" based on brand and production area, so you can enjoy consistently high quality A4 and A5 Kuroge Wagyu beef. We are able to achieve this because of our ``reliable purchasing'' and ``thorough quality control'' that are unique to a company that has been operating a Japanese restaurant in Ginza for over 90 years. Please enjoy the meat that we serve with confidence.

The standard meat is delicious. The must-try is the famous "Premium Loin". The high-quality fat melts in your mouth, and if you eat it wrapped in wasabi, it's a real treat. We also recommend the extra-thick Cow tongue, skirt steak, which is limited to four pieces a day, and the special short ribs. In addition, there is no shortage of side menus, including homemade kimchi. It has a slightly addictive taste that is different from others. Courses start from 5,500 yen with all-you-can-drink included, and you can enjoy a wide variety of dishes, from specially selected Kuroge Wagyu beef to fresh offal.
