香りや味が楽しめるのか…そもそもわかっていないから心配無用なのか…w
結論から申し上げますと五感のうち視覚が普通に機能していて本当によかった〜(≧∀≦)
白いキャンバスに絵を描いているような一品一品
綺麗な小花が散りばめられ繊細でとっても素敵です♡
写真を見ても頭がぼーっとして下手くそ極まりなく伝わらないかもですがかなり感動しました。
後でサーブしてくださった方からお伺いしましたがお店の「エスキス」というお名前はフランス語で「スケッチ」という意味だそうですね♪なるほど!!
個人的にお洒落なナプキンホルダーやクチポール デュナシリーズのカトラリー、林檎をモチーフにした銀の置物やテーブルクロスの刺繍もお気に入りでした。
林檎スケッチは小さい頃のお嬢様の作品だそうな!
味覚、嗅覚鈍りながらも白トリュフの香りやみかんの甘さ、アオリイカと酒粕を使用したソース、鰹の皮目パリッと中はしっとりした一品、柔らかい牛と赤ワインソースを十分楽しむことができました。
伝統の中に酒粕やお味噌を使った珍しい味わいや柿、みかん、カシスの果物の甘さもよかったです
アマゾンカカオ・ヘーゼルナッツのミルクアイス入りデザート一品めちゃんこ美味しかった〜(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
接客サービスも皆さん笑顔溢れ本当に素敵でした。
