We only purchase wild caught fish, either directly from Toyosu or directly from the source. Gasu shrimp are delivered directly from fishing boats in Fukui and have a thicker consistency than sweet shrimp, so there are few restaurants in Tokyo that have them in stock all the time. They are delivered by head chef Kobayashi Tsutomu, who is an expert at giving carefully selected ingredients a delicate flavor. Prices start from 7,500 yen for a Japanese-style meal banquet and 7,000 yen for a shabu shabu banquet! All rooms are completely private.We have adjusted the partition walls of each room for 2 people x 2, 4 people x 3, and 6 people to create completely private rooms that can accommodate up to 16 people.
