コース値段は同行の方々もいらっしゃったので伏せます。
ここの場所は以前鮨一新があった場所、に
同ビルで2つ星のご夫妻が栞庵のご常連であったらしく、こちらに出したという経緯があったようです。
こちらの山城氏は京都美山荘出身で美山荘出店の石楠花の総料理長をされ、栞庵を出し、こちらへ移転されたというわけです。

前菜
8寸
刺身の盛り合わせ。。この日鱧も出ていました。
煮物
焼き物、、穴子の白焼き、蒲焼。。お値段でいつもの鰻も出してくれるとお思います。
鮎の炊き込み
赤だし
漬物、、細いきゅうりを昆布で〆たもの。。ここにも感服です。。
デザート、、梅を和三盆焼き。。流石としかいいようがない。
以前の栞庵より、こちらもまたまた腕を上げています。
写真も撮ってありますが、見ればいうまでもない料理の数々。
赤だし１つにもこれほどに手をかけてるのかと、感服いたしております。
こちら不定休ですので、まずはお電話され、昼も土日空いていれば大丈夫かもしれません。
お値段も、気さくなご主人ですのでご予算を言えば無理のない範囲で受けてくださると思います。
ただ、コースですので最低ラインはあるとご承知ください。
正直、この場所ですので、、間違いなく赤本星は確実だと確信しています。
