東京メトロ有楽町線、銀座１丁目の駅から少し歩いたところにある『華味鳥』さんへ行ってきました。
ベルビア館の7F。
おいしそ～な飲食店が色々入っていてきれいなビルです。
こちらの『華味鳥』さんでは「金華コース」、「華コース」、「味コース」
の３種類のコースがあります。もちろん単品注文も可能です。
今回は「華コース」。
小鉢２品、前菜３種盛り、華味鳥生ハムと親鳥たたき、替鉢
それと華味鳥水炊き、香物、デザートがいただけます。
水炊きにはぶつ切り、つくね、切り身、肝、野菜盛りが入り、〆には卵雑炊かちゃんぽん麺が選べます。
小鉢や前菜には野菜が使われているのでかなりヘルシーです。
華味鳥生ハムと親鳥たたきも絶品でした。
そしてお待ちかね華味鳥水炊きの登場！！
白濁した、いかにもコラーゲンたっぷりのとろりとしたスープ！
中には骨付きの華味鳥が沈んでます。
お肉はプリッとしていて、弾力があり、
骨付きの鳥はほろほろで、本当に美味しい。
特製ポン酢がまた合います。
野菜もたっぷりで幸せ。
〆は迷いながらも雑炊に決定。
スープも飲みほし、華味鳥を最後まで食べつくしてお腹いっぱい！
最後にデザートを食べ、大満足です。
