水炊きとはなにか…
正直わかっておりませんでした。
一般的な水炊き⇒白菜やネギと豚肉、牛肉など。寄せ鍋ともいう。
博多の水炊き⇒キャベツと鶏肉 白湯スープ
今回は初めて博多の水炊きをコースでいただいてきました。
予約して個室でゆったりです。
華コース 6,000円
追加で 水たき唐揚げ 600円
華味鳥の出汁が出てる白湯スープをいただいてから、鶏を食べる。そして野菜へ。お店の方が手際よくすすめてお鍋を作ってくれます。
鶏はぶつ切り、切身と、つくね、肝の4種。
どれも個性的ですー。骨付きのぶつ切りは柔らかく煮込まれていて身はホロホロと骨から剥がれやすい。
ちなみに、、肝はレバー感を感じてちょと苦手。
これは切身と交換してくれるそうです。
そしてスープはなんて濃厚なんでしょう。コラーゲンたっぷり身体に染み渡る〜 追いコラーゲンも入れてくれます。
鶏の出汁って旨味でスーブだけで満足ですね。

これがとても美味しくて4種類もいただきました。
名前の通り飲んでしあわせ(^o^)
コースは華味鳥を色んな食べた方で堪能できました。
お鍋いいですね。これから寒くなるのでまた行きたいかな。
