牡蠣バー
祭日の土曜日、8時すぎにお伺いしました。
こじんまりとしたお店ですね。カジュアルな雰囲気です。
アルコールはシードルと日本酒をオーダー。
まずは生牡蠣。普段はあまり食べないのですが、産地が色々書かれていて、厚岸は美味しいと聞いていたので、そちらをオーダー。
海水の味がするので、そのままで、と言われて食べました。
海水のものは塩気が強いイメージでしたが、そこまでではなく牡蠣のとろっとしたなめらかさが感じられてとても美味しいです。
牡蠣のせんどが
次は牡蠣サラダ。牡蠣のオイル漬けとお野菜が載ってます。ガーリックの味がして、牡蠣も柔らかくてお野菜ととても良く合います。
牡蠣のアヒージョ。大きな牡蠣とマッシュルーム。
り今までで食べた中で、1番美味しかったです。牡蠣から旨味が閉じ込められています。火通り過ぎて小さく硬くなったものが多いので、味の違いにびっくり。
バケットにオイルをつけて食べました。ただ牡蠣の味はオイルにはあまり出ていないので、オイルだけだとすこし物足りないかな。
次に蒸し牡蠣。
蒸すとやっぱりこぶりになります。蒸しはおうちでする電子レンジとあまり違いがないかな。
焼き牡蠣は味噌バター。
ちょっと味が濃かったですね。
蒸しも焼きもやっぱり牡蠣が美味しいので美味しいです。
やっぱり牡蠣の味が全てかな。
でも関西だとここまで美味しい牡蠣はないので、やっぱり東京ですね。
美味しいものは東京にあるというのは本当ですね。
1人六千円です。高いけど価値はあったかな。
