Food Yatsugatake Toriko chicken raised for “Toriko”! It's soulful yakitori!
The chickens are raised without stress in an environment surrounded by nature, drinking the clear groundwater of Mt. Yatsugatake. The bait is made mainly from non-GMO corn and also contains 33 types of herbs. Kaiji gamecocks are raised with care for more than twice as long as the normal breeding period, resulting in firm meat with low fat content. Its moderate elasticity and the flavor of the meat juice that overflows with every bite make it unrivaled in taste.
Food Completely private rooms are also available for full course meals.
For Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), we use our original branded chickens, ``Yatsugatake Toriko Jidori'' and ``Oyama Chicken.'' Each piece is carefully grilled over Bincho charcoal and seasoned to suit each part. We offer a great value banquet course with a plum course starting at 3,200 yen (excluding tax) and 4 dishes. From appetizers to sweets, please enjoy Toriko's signature dishes.
