東銀座は、歌舞伎座の裏手あたり。
ちょっと濃いめのピンクの建物で、
遠くからでも目立ちます。
イタリアの中でも、シチリアはもっとも好きなところです。
もちろん、シチリア料理は大好物。
この日は、遅めのランチに伺いました。
１Fは、ハイチェアーのテーブル席とカウンター席。
２Fの普通のテーブル席に案内されました。
ランチは、4種類のコースがあります。
この日は、二人で2種類お願いして、シェアしました。
１，Aコース 1300円

桜海老と春キャベツのアラビアータ

牛のビステッカ

サラダは、ケールが主体で、ランチのサラダなのに、
おざなりではないのが、
好感が持てます。
アラビアータは、スパイスが効きすぎず、
いい塩梅で、ちょっと日本人向けですが、
美味。
ビステッカも、この価格で、柔らかいお肉、
しかも、すごいボリュームです。
岩塩とレモンでいただきます。
まさに、シチリア。
ポテトのフリットが、ものすごく
カリっとうまく揚がっていて、感動。
ランチで、これだけの技とは、驚きました。
ディナーに伺ってみたいです。
