こんなに丁寧な職人さんに作っていただく懐石料理のありがたみと、銀シャリの幸せさ。。。⚡️

全てが美味しくて丁寧です。
白いご飯が一番好きな食べ物な私なのですが。
白米と言ってもそれだけじゃ寂しいわけです。
ご飯のお供とお味噌が恐ろしく大事
という、可愛げのない私の心を、掴むつもりもないであろう中
ガッツリ鷲掴みにして離さない。

お魚、たらこ、おしんこ
半生鰹節とちりめんじゃこはご飯にオン
時雨煮と卵黄は別盛り
もっと食べたかったけれど、お腹が満たされまくってしまい断念( ᵒ̴̶̷̥́ωᵒ̴̶̷̣̥̀ )
全て美味しかったのですが
鰻の身を捌かずに筒状にして下拵えして
その中に食材を詰めて筒状のまま焼き上げて出してくださったお皿。
骨も抜けてるし、職人芸過ぎて感動するのと同時に、どうなってるのか？
意味わからなくなってはてなマーク飛びまくりました
