博品館内の老舗？のイタリアン。
知ってはいたけど、なんとなく惹かれずスルーしていました。
でもちょっとだけ気になっていた「石焼カルボナーラ」！
予約が二人からしかできないのが何だけど急に友人とランチとなり
予約！なんと12：20に12：30の予約を食べログから。便利な時代ですね。
お店は少々老舗感あります。
ランチタイム、結構お客様がいらっしゃいました。
事前予約した「ここにしかない！石焼カルボナーラコース！」2230円は
スパークリングワイン付。

この品数でこのお値段はリーズナブルすぎる。
前菜は奇をてらうものはありませんが、お味はそれなり。
お目当てのカルボナーラは、熱々ぐつぐつで提供。
最初は、しっかりアルデンテの麺にシャバシャバのクリームが後半にちょうど良い火通り加減に。
ソースの卵もやや固まってきて、これはこれで美味しいね、となり最後まで美味しくいただけました！
丁度肌寒いこの日にぴったり。
デザートもしっかりいただいて、スパークリングワインもついて・・ってなると何も言えません！
