東京銀座にある和食の【よし澤】さんを訪ねました。
銀座でお値打ちで、美味しい和食を食べたいと思って、食べログのレビューをチェック
すると、〝鰆の藁焼き〟が名物の銀座よし澤さんにヒットしました。
ミシュラン一つ星のカウンター割烹で、雰囲気も良さげでしたので、電話をしてみると、
あっさり予約を取ることが出来ました。
ランチタイムのコース料理は、6,600円、9,900円、18,480円の３種類のコースがあり、
真ん中の9,900円（税サ込）をオーダーしました。
丁寧に作られた料理は、どれも美味しくて大満足です。
大将もとっても気さくな方で、色々と楽しいお話を聞かせてくださいました。
機会を見つけて、是非再訪したいです。
